Collection of Miscellaneous Charges
We have the possibility of collecting any charges at the airport. We have various solutions for payment (debit card, credit card, cash, invoice).
The charges can be for Ticketing Services, Excess baggage collection, Upgrades, AVIH, UMNR services etc etc.
We can also be present at check in and/or transfer desk to actively sell e.g. upgrades or seat reservations, this will result into an increase of revenue and enhanced service to the passenger as her/she does not have to make his/her way to a ticketdesk or airport office, we are right there to take care of the payment.
We also always make sure that transferring passengers are compliant with the baggage regulations as well, informing gate staff to make sure passengers with excess baggage are asked for their payment receipt at the gate. If no payment has been done we will decide on proper action to take.
It is important to keep the best interest for both the airline and the passenger in mind. Good customer service does not always mean that passengers get whatever they want. A clear and fair policy on excess baggage and/ or handbaggage is key.
